Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein which consists of Hsap\CRY1 in which the C-terminal domain has been replaced by the equivalent sequence from the orthologous cry gene (contains amino acid residues 1-510 of Hsap\CRY1 fused to residues 527-542 of cry).
