Approximately 2100bp deletion that includes the mir-252 pre-miRNA sequence. The deletion also removes 120bp of the side-IV 3'UTR, but expression levels of the side-IV mRNA appear to be unaffected (when assayed using RT-qPCR). Generated by imprecise excision of P{GT1}BG01009.
