Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of wild-type PIP4K that is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP and is targeted to the lysosomes due to the presence of an N-terminal Tag:MyrPalm(LAMTOR1) tag. A Tag:FLAG epitope is also present, in between the Tag:MyrPalm(LAMTOR1) sequence and the N-terminal end of the Tag:FLAG coding sequence.
