      Df(2R)BomΔ55C individuals show lower survival to Candida glabrata infection and, in agreement, their hemolymph lacks the fungicidal activity observed in controls. Both these defects are suppressed by M{Bom065}, a genomic fragment that includes BomS3, BomT2, BomS5 and BomS6.
