Description

2177bp genomic fragment that includes both the Taf10 and Taf10b genes. A Tag:MYC epitope has been introduced at the C-terminal end of the Taf10 coding sequence. The start codon of Taf10b has been mutated to a TAG stop codon, preventing its translation.
