        Pupae with whole-eye CCT4LL03589/CCT4LL03589 somatic clones are headless, while adult escapers have significantly reduced eyes.

        CCT4LL03589/CCT4LL03589 somatic clones are scarce and reduced in size compared to wild-type clones at 48 hours following heat-shock in wing discs of third instar larvae. Beforehand, at 24 hours after induction, mutant and wild-type somatic clones are similar in size.
