Transgenic construct that ubiquitously expresses two sgRNAs (GACTACAGGGATGAGCGAGGAGG and GAATACCACTCCTGCCACCGCGG) that target Trpm. The two sgRNAs are each expressed as a separate transcription unit (CR7T and snRNA:U6:96Ac promoter respectively).
