UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of PlexB that carries a small deletion in the first Rac1-binding site of the GTPase-binding region (sequence encoding residues 1722-1728 is deleted). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:V5.
