Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a protein that corresponds to the cleaved N-terminal product of PlexB; this contains N-terminal PlexB sequence up-to and including the first convertase cleavage site, which includes the Sema domain. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:V5.
