Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a protein that corresponds to the cleaved C-terminal product of PlexB; this contains sequence from the second convertase cleavage site through to the C-terminal end of the protein and includes the transmembrane, GAP and GTPase domains. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:V5.
