      The expression of RbfdsRNA.UAS.cUa for 3 days during larval development under the combined control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 and Gal80[ts] induces abundant apoptosis (TUNEL assay) and an increased DNA damage response (phospho-H2Av) in third instar larval wing discs.
