Imprecise excision of the Mi{ET1}osyMB00606 progenitor producing an insertion of 8 bp at the position of transposon insertion (in codon number 273), causing a frame-shift resulting in a stop codon soon downstream of the insertion site, in turn yielding a protein devoid of the ABC2 domain.
