A 6.4kb DNA region fragment containing the promoter and 5' UTR stretching into the second exon ATG of tim drives expression of a Drosophila codon optimized tdTomato with nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(Unk)x3) and Tag:PEST(mOdc) tags, fused with an SV40 3'UTR.
