Description

The native bcd regulatory region drives expression of the Cvic\bcd coding region, tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP. bcd 5' and 3' UTRs are present. Some bcd coding sequence is present downstream of the Cvic\bcd coding sequence, but a STOP codon has been included at the C-terminal end of the Cvic\bcd coding sequence to prevent translation of this bcd coding sequence.
