Description

An 8 kb osk rescue fragment (as used in FBrf0192515) but which lacks features required for osk localization and whose 3'UTR is substituted by the nos 3'UTR, which directs posterior localization and incorporation into pole cells. It is tagged with 2x Tag:TY1 epitope tag and the Drosophila codon optimized sequence encoding superfolder GFP (sfGFP).
