Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Dlg5 (sequence derived from the LD32687 cDNA clone) in which the largest exon has been replaced by the equivalent region of the D. pseudoobscura Dlg5 ortholog (sequence derived from the CH1226-65H17 BAC clone). This results in the transgene being insensitive to RNAi by transgenes that target the D. melanogaster Dlg5 largest exon.
