The FRT cassette present in TI{TI}snaEnh.FRT has been excised, removing the sna ring gland (RG) enhancer found between -5967 to -4085 relative to the sna transcription start site and leaving a single FRT site. The Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker present in TI{TI}snaEnh.FRT has also been removed.
