Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of RNAi-resistant Spindly cDNA with a mutation (S234A) within the highly conserved 'Spindly box' repeat motif, tagged with GFP. The shRNA-binding site (1611-caggacgcggttgatatcaaa-1632) is mutated at every third position of each codon to confer resistance to RNAi.
