Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\TTR coding region, including the signal peptide (the sequence is codon-optimized for Drosophila). A V30M amino acid substitution (a most common pathogenic variant of TTR familial amyloid polyneuropathy) has been introduced into the coding sequence and it is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
