Description

A genomic fragment that encompasses ERR, into which three copies of the Tag:FLAG have been inserted, at the C-terminal end of the coding sequence. Two FRT sites have also been inserted, such that the ERR coding sequence and Tag:FLAG tags can be excised by using FLP recombinase.
