Description

A Ubiquitin promoter drives expression of blanks coding sequence amplified from cDNA; the sequence corresponds to that in GenBank:AY119201.1, and has a number of changes relative to the reference genome sequence: an 8 amino acid residue deletion (D69 to R76), a 4 amino acid deletion (V90 to D93), a substitution (D94N), a 2 amino acid insertion of KE after K104, three more substitutions (R150H, L190M, G194E) and two silent point mutations (A435G, A816G).
