Description

2127 bp genomic fragment containing Bone Morphogenetic Protein-Activating Element (BMP-AE) motifs (GGCGCCANNNNGNCV) drives expression of DsRed(Unk) tagged with Tag:NLS(Unk). The BMP-AE1 sequence is replaced with a 15 bp motif taken from a BMP-responsive enhancer (BRE) of the Xenopus laevis bambi gene.
