Description

A fragment ("E2") from the Sox100B first intron, containing three putative STAT-binding sites, is fused upstream of P\T promoter sequence (including the Tag:NLS(P) nuclear localization signal) followed by lacZ. Both the "4n1" and "4n2" STAT-binding sites have been mutated.
