Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a Irp-1A cDNA (LD36161 clone) that has been mutated to carry a C450S amino acid replacement (this mutation is predicted to abolish aconitase function and render the protein constitutively RNA-binding). The open reading frame is tagged with three copies of Tag:FLAG.
