Single base pair change (C to T) at the endogenous peb locus, within the PAM motif of the target sequence of one of the sgRNAs encoded by P{TOE.GS00052}; this target sequence is upstream of the peb promoter and results in the transcription unit being refractory to overexpression mediated by P{TOE.GS00052} in combination with a source of dCas9::VPR.
