      Embryos derived from Rcd41 or Rcd42 (in combination with Rcd4UASp.EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 to rescue coordination) mothers exhibit extensive disorganization of the mitotic apparatus from very early stages of development.

      Expression of Rcd4UASp.EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 suppresses lethality and incoordination phenotypes while it fails to suppress female sterility phenotype of Rcd41 or Rcd42 homozygotes.
