Description

Genomic fragment spanning the sav transcription unit, including 3' flanking sequence that contains a zfh1 DamID peak. A sequence cassette consisting of a T2A site and EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(Unk)) has been inserted at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame. The T2A sequence should result in separate translation of sav and the EGFP-Tag:NLS(Unk) reporter.
