Description

Genomic fragment spanning the sav transcription unit, including 3' flanking sequence that contains a zfh1 DamID peak. The sav coding sequence has been deleted and replaced with EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(Unk)). In addition a fragment from the 3' zfh1 DamID peak region has been deleted.
