Description

Genomic fragment encompassing the Miga transcription unit plus 1.5kb upstream and downstream sequence. The coding sequence has been mutated to carry F247A and S249A amino acid replacements (mutation of the FFAT motif) and is tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA.
