Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of mutant Nf1 cDNA tagged in-frame at the C-terminal with EGFP. The Nf1 cDNA carries a point mutation (R1320P) in the Ras GAP-related domain (GRD); this mutation is based on the orthologous human neurofibromatosis 1 patient-derived R1276P mutation.
