Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein composed of the Tag:iLID light inducible dimer, the Tag:PACT(Plp) tag and the Tag:HA epitope. The Tag:PACT(Plp) tag results in the protein produced being targeted to the centrosomes, while the presence of Tag:iLID means that a second protein, tagged with Tag:SSPB, can be recruited to this subcellular location in a light-dependent manner.
