Description

The ninaE promoter drives expression of a chimeric trp-trpl fusion protein which is tagged at the N-terminal end with a tag cassette composed of Tag:polyHis and Tag:SBP. The chimeric protein consists of trp amino acids 1-328, trpl amino acids 336-423 and trp amino acids 417-1275.
