Description

The ninaE promoter drives expression of a chimeric trp-trpl fusion protein which is tagged at the N-terminal end with a tag cassette composed of Tag:polyHis and Tag:SBP. The chimeric protein consists of trp amino acids 1-416, trpl amino acids 424-463 and trp amino acids 457-1275.
