Description

The ninaE promoter drives expression of a chimeric trp-trpl fusion protein which is tagged at the N-terminal end with a tag cassette composed of Tag:polyHis and Tag:SBP. The chimeric protein consists of trp amino acids 1-456, trpl amino acids 464-555 and trp amino acids 549-1275.
