Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of sequence encoding the nos 5' UTR, EGFP coding sequence and a mutated pgc 3'UTR (mutation of nucleotides 184-206 and also of nucleotides 215-243, individually each block of mutations is predicted to disrupt folding of the stem loop, but when present together they are complementary and stem-loop structure should be restored).
