Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of 'ScFv235', a single-chain variable fragment antibody that has previously been shown to bind selectively to the phospho-serine 396/404 epitope of Hsap\MAPT and to detect only the full-length phosphorylated protein and not degraded Hsap\MAPT fragments (PMID:25505335). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with a signal peptide (so that it is secreted) and at the C-terminal end with Tag:polyHis and Tag:HA.
