      Expression of aruUAS.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Stat92E-0092-G4 (in combination with tub-Gal80[ts] to restrict expression to the adult stage) leads to disruptions in the actin cytoskeleton, a decrease in the presynaptic bouton and synapse numbers in the STAT-expressing pars intercerebralis neurons of adult brain.
