An approximately 24kb BAC clone (CH322-102O15) that contains part of the vri gene (coordinates 2L:5295134..5319513 ). Sequence encoding three copies of the Tag:HA epitope has been inserted immediately downstream of the start codon of vri isoforms A, D and F.
