UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Hsap\LRRK2 that has been mutated to carry two amino acid substitutions: G2019S (a pathogenic variant associated with Parkinson's disease) and R1398H (a protective variant associated with a decreased risk of Parkinson's disease).
