Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the N-terminal fragment of Hsap\CETN3 (residues 23-96), fused to the fluorescent proteins Cerulean and Citrine (based on MagFRET-1 described in PMID: 24312622). Mg[2+] binding results in a conformational change and an increase in energy transfer between Cerulean and Citrine.
