Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a single-chain variable fragment antibody ('scFv T1') that targets phosphorylated Hsap\MAPT (pTau); scFv T1 strongly inhibits pTau aggregation and can also depolymerize preformed pTau aggregates when analyzed in vitro. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG.
