Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Nup96 protein (this protein corresponds to amino acids 1042-1992 of the Nup98-96 coding sequence and is normally generated by autoproteolytic cleavage of the Nup98-96 product). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with 6xTag:MYC.
