UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Nup98 protein (this protein corresponds to amino acids 1-1028 of the Nup98-96 locus and is normally generated by autoproteolytic cleavage of the Nup98-96 product). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with 6xTag:MYC.
