Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a InR cDNA that has been mutated to carry a Y1354F amino acid substitution in the NPFY motif in the juxtamembrane region and also Y1965F, Y1989F, Y2005F and Y2026F amino acid substitutions in NPXY sites in the C-tail. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:MYC.
