Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of full-length, wild-type Ret that is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:LOV(VfAU1) (a light-activated dimerization switch). This allows the active Ret receptor (a dimer) to be induced in a light-dependent manner.
