Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a deleted form of 18w that lacks amino acid residues 110-900 (this removes all LRR repeats). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end (via a GSAGSAAGSGEF flexible linker) with EGFP.
