Description

The sna shadow enhancer, sna primary enhancer and sna promoter are fused upstream of lacZ followed by an αTubulin 3'UTR. 24 copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop have been inserted in the 5'UTR. 24 copies of the Tag:PP7 stem loop have been inserted in the 3'UTR.
