Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of two coding regions that are separated by a 2A linker (this results in separate translation of each protein). The first coding sequence consists of the dpr10-RD isoform in which the Ig1 domain has been replaced with the Ig1 domain of the human NECTIN3 gene. The second coding sequence is the EGFP fluorescent protein.
