Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of esg. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:GS-TAP tag, which has been modified to include GFP within the IgG domain, resulting in an N-terminal localization and affinity purification ('NLAP') sequence.
