Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a 'mini' version of Sdb composed of the N-terminal portion (contains the highly conserved cysteine-rich domain), a portion that encodes 14 of the 96 central Mn repeats and the C-terminal portion. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP.
